Welcome to Loto di Appoiano, a place of true rest and relaxation. This traditional Italian farmhouse dates from the 18th century and has been lovingly restored to a high standard by the present owners. Positioned on a hill overlooking the Valley del Tronto, the views encompass Monte dell 'Ascensione and Monte Piselli, where it is possible to ski in the winter months, and the charming medieval town of Ascoli Piceno. The views even extend to the sun drenched Adriatic, which offers several sandy "blue flag" beaches and is easily reachable by car.

If lazing on the beach isn't your thing, the region offers a range of leisure activities including skiing, trekking, cycling, horse riding or rafting. Many of the nearby villages and towns are worth a visit but the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno is without doubt the jewel in the crown. Wander through ancient streets, sample the delights of the shops or stop for a leisurely cappucino at the renowned Cafe Meletti, the choice is yours.
